Took my 8-year old foster child for a walk today - when we arrived in the car, I put my waterproofs on, she looks at me… from bottom to top and goes “interesting choice, Kathy…” how is my favourite 8-year old this savage already?! 🥲

I’m on my 63rd cold and virus since September and I honestly feel like I cannot take any more coughing/spluttering/sneezing and fever. Being immunocompromised is just fucking shit. Positivity will resume tomorrow, just need to wallow in self-pity tonight.
