Wooded Reserve: the 1st Barrel Aged Beer series from New Realm Brewing. This is the Pastry Blonde Strong Ale aged for 7 mo. in 1st use Bourbon Barrels clocking in at 10.6% and it’s absolutely splendid. Huge Belgian candy, vanilla, and cherry flavors with relatively no trace of OH.
