News channel that’s not a news channel asks for votes for a news presenter that’s not a news presenter in the news presenter category. Maybe a regulator that’s not a regulator needs to think about being a regulator.

🥀 Millions who don't live in battleground seats already know their votes won’t count ♟️ Many will be forced to vote tactically to avoid wasting their votes altogether 🙃 And in the end the makeup of Parliament won't reflect how we vote anyway (2/3)

Incredible combination arrogance and cowardice. Suggests Britain just isn't an important enough country for this patriot to give his attention to. When in reality it's because he knows he would fail in any British constituency he fought for.

Are you one of 4m people who built "smart home" products from Wink into your walls at any time since they started shipping in 2014? Surprise! Now you have to pay a "subscription" for all of those gadgets or they'll *brick your fucking house*.

I am challenging Nigel Farage MP to a live TV debate on the benefits of Brexit. If he refuses, it will confirm the fact that he sent Britain up shit creek without a paddle.

Quite something when Brexit gets no mention whatsoever in 🇬🇧election campaign - contrary to🇪🇺elections where it comes up a lot in debate, (as in "let's not be like the British crying after Brexit !" - French PM👇) - and not even a single main EU far right party advocating same

Boris Johnson today calls Starmer “Sir Keir Schnorrer” (see attached). “Schnorrer” is the Yiddish word for beggar and scrounger. It is pretty offensive. It was part of the lingua franca of my grandparents and of my childhood. I find it unsettling to see Johnson appropriating it

I was asked by @unpeacekeeping & UN Genocide Prevention to write a report on the overlaps & differences between hate speech, disinfo & misinfo, with a particular focus on conflict settings. Hope it's useful for research, practice & policy. peacekeeping.un.org/sites/default/…

Here is Braverman saying that what the pride flag 🏳️‍🌈 means to her is "the mutilation of children". Even though the minimum age for any gender reassignment surgery is 18. I think it's the way she then waits for applause that is the worst part of this. ~AA

Following Recycle Your Electricals, tried to recycyle light bulbs at Barbican Currys , but they rejected them citing national policy. Who is right? (Kudos to Currys for accepting everything else I took, of course.)
