Train is 25 mins late and no communication of any form from the MBTA Commuter Rail - ppl complain about the reliability of service - let’s start w/ accurately communicating the status of service (and not ignoring inquiries about it) - then we can move on to actually improving the service

The problem with the MBTA Commuter Rail & MBTA is not that delays happen - some are out of their control, such as today - the issue is that they cannot ever accurately provide information in a timely fashion - trains run on tracks, it is not complicated to make accurate calculations

This is a prime example of the ⁦MBTA Commuter Rail⁩ having no idea what it is doing - they say #1812 is arriving to Back Bay one minute before it gets to Ruggles even though it must pass through Ruggles first…the issue has never been delays - it is their inability to communicate
