Reason to be thankful this Thanksgiving? DHS Peer Mentors organized a benefit PowderPuff football game and, along with other activities, and the support of the DHS community, raised $2700 for the Oakes family. The Oakes recently lost their home due to a devastating fire.

Why is this Student Council President smiling? After she updates the Dracut School Committee on high school happenings (each meeting), Shakira Kawuba will dash off to the high school’s benefit PowderPuff game. Do you think she already knows the event will raise $2700?

Congratulations to our Unified Sports teams and coaches, our active Best Buddies chapter, and the many students from across the entire school who make this recognition "special" indeed. We look forward to continuing the tradition and practice of inclusiveness in 23-24!
