A3- The lack of interaction with my colleagues. I have tried to be better at communicating in other ways than the traditional F2F. I schedule Zoom meetings for individual, small group, and large meetings. I also have increased emails and texting to stay in touch #NHCSChat

A4- To keep a pulse on employee self-care the gifted specialists were meeting weekly just for a check-in. I think we all felt lost and needed the reassurance from each other. We continue to meet monthly and self care is always included as a topic #NHCSChat
