Teleoperation is the best robotics data you can get, but expensive and arduously time-consuming. Tesla has 7 million "teleoperators" collecting driving data for free. Would be interesting if you could figure out a similar way to get people using robotics arms for free.

In retrospect, COVID was a missed opportunity for this. Had the insights from the Aloha paper emerged just a few years earlier, hundreds of companies would have sprung up to help businesses enable remote physical work in order to get access to the data.
