A painful wake up this morning, back to work! Should have booked the day off, a fair bit of post ride discomfort going on!

So the weekends little adventure got me over my yearly Distance goal. Feel that this year has been a bit of a challenge, not found it so easy to ride, not that I’ve lost the enjoyment of riding, every ride is a good ride (mostly 😜).

Commute bike serviced, Think it’s fair to say, this chainring had seen better days. SRAM Road replaced, alongside new chain, new cassette & bottom bracket.

So have the bouncy bike ahead of the Absolutemtb meet up… it’s been so long since I last rode it, chain has seized !!!
