Было хотел сказать, что за 1000 дней так не научились правильно говорить, но это 500+ лет гнилого империалистического мозга. Несчастных восточных пруссов не забыли?

I'll just wait and see until these geniuses find out how Russia and China influence global affairs to their benefit. The US soft power is benign in comparison.

Do we really want to pit A1S8C3 against 1A? If the Commerce Clause is ruled to have superior power, then any protest can become an interrupter of commerce and that's a path to Russian legal system.

Mid-February with sunsets after 5PM always catches me with as much surprise as mid-November catches me with before 5PM sunsets. It's so nice to live around 40° latitude where we don't get extra long days in the summer, but we end work days before sunset for 8/12 months.

It is the middle of February 2025. I still need to chat/call/wait any airline to get my PNR on codeshare flights in order to select my seats. Why can't both PNRs be available right away? It's so much wasted time on both ends. United Airlines Delta americanair

As much as the lack of an official language is an American peculiarity, the Executive branch is permitted to do only whatever is written in the Constitution and this has interstate commerce vibes.

My Delta flight record between NYC and DCA is 0/3 for on time departures when flying E70. Gate > takeoff delay, weather ground stop, and now a mechanical issue. Support is reasonably good, but the core service is horrendous.

The day that Delta / @Republicairways get their operations under control, pigs will fly in formations. It could be post-COVID, but I've never had so many issues one one airline l. Only 3 of 10-12ish flights since 2003 weren't delayed for 30+ minutes or luggage arrived with me.

Galaxy #OneUI7 is a usability downgrade. Lock screen notification bubbles are huge. I can't have a quick glance of what's pending, and the perfectly limited control widgets are replaced with weird Now Bar. What were they thinking?

I used to giggle at the color version of the USAF roundel because the stripes are white-red-white, like the Belarusian national flag. This graphic is beyond despicable. Multiple people have signed off on it and nobody noticed the obvious use of the Russian flag.

So, this is a first in D.C. politics: Yesterday Trayon White shared a video on his Instagram account of a woman encouraging people to go vote. (There was some light endorsement of his message, also.) The video, though, is AI-generated.

I just saw an Army captain and major patrolling on the DC Metro. No enlisted ranks were with them. This such a great use of officer skills and pay.

I'm so "excited" about transaction tags in Rocket Money! Mint used to have them 10 years ago. Mint has been gone for 18 months. What other surprises are there in Rocket's product road map?

I get that Washington City Paper is doing whatever they can to generate revenue including RSS feed injections, but they really need to check in with their provider on how appropriate the content is.

America’s political landscape is more complicated than it used to be. Here’s my attempt to depict what I see as the seven broad camps today. Most people I know fall pretty cleanly into one of these circles (each of which has some common ground with the two adjacent circles). Some
