Found a cool book today Called "DIY Solar Projects". Has some good info on PV solar but the big thing is the book has incredible build guides for passive solar ovens along with passive solar water and air heaters. Also has one of the best guides I've seen to build a solar still.

This is super cool! Bulk capacity testing is a huge chore. Anything that makes it easier is a lifesaver.

I needed a large plastic sheet for some spray painting, so I made one out of hdpe plastic bags! All you need is a soldering gun, brief presses against the bags, and you can make pretty durable plastic sheets!

Pulled some nice Sanyo prismatic cells from a lenovo battery. These are great for turning into thin external battery packs
