JUST MOVE!🏃‍♀️❤️💪 Easy 12km Run, 1h8 min and 5:40/km done. Unexpected, as I planned 8 km to ease back into running. But my body & passion for the sport reminded me how strong I am, & at my happiest when running. I just kept saying, ‘one more km to go’ until I had to stop myself.😎

This race was wet and hilly 🫨 Marathon done and dusted on a Sunday Morning.

Ultra Marathon debut.✅ Distance 🛣️ 50 Kilometres Finish time ⌚ 06:01:43 Pace 🏃🏾‍♂️07:14 min/km The aim was to complete the brutal course, the strategy was to take the Ultra as different races within one.
