Just because some teachers would rather stay in the classroom than go into administration doesn’t mean they aren’t leaders. Many have amazing talents which can benefit a school. Good leaders value them as experts and help maximize their talents for betterment of school & students

I cannot even express how much this week has meant to me! Salem Elementary went above & beyond for me to feel the love 💕Cards, gifts, lunches, & themed days just are the tip of the iceberg. They truly know me. I am overwhelmed with such appreciation for everyone. Thank you all!

Every kid should learn that humility and kindness aren't signs of weakness. They're strengths of character. Recognizing your faults doesn't mean you lack self-esteem. It shows you have self-awareness. Showing compassion doesn't mean you lack backbone. It shows you have heart.
