I don't agree. Sometimes I choose robotic surgery (cancer operations) sometimes laparoscopic (cholecystectomy, hernia & appendectomy), sometimes open when I want to do it properly ( redo, emergency and trauma). The more tools in the toolbox the better. #surgery
