We need local eviction moratorium protections in San Antonio/ Bexar County. We needed them a year and a half ago and we said as much then.

We will never get people out of the financial devastation of a pandemic with “financial counseling.” What a slap in the face to folks who have been deathly stressed at least the last year & a half. Some folks were already underwater before. Now???

Jalen McKee-Rodriguez & Ron Nirenberg are here at Pre-K 4 SA’s East location distributing free backpacks to our District 2 families! We also have free food, haircuts, & many community resources until 2 pm. We are so excited to help our students get ready for a successful school year!
