Pretty shocking treatment by British Airways BA999 from CGN to LHR today. Flight finally cancelled as plane diverted to Hannover - no ground staff to tell anyone anything - no hotels booked for people - told to go to Hannover! - flight automatically rebooked via Düsseldorf!!
