Calendar reminder that it's time for my annual Virgin Media ❤️ contract renegotiations. It's so depressing having to go through this song and dance with them each year in order to not pay ludicrous amounts for their service.

Three and a half hours later. I have a deal that I'm happy with. But it shouldn't require three and a half hours of negotiation (including booking a cancellation) for that to happen. Virgin Media ❤️ need to be better.
