Recently approved, our design for this contemporary rural residence located near Swanage, Dorset. Working closely with Chapman Lily Planning, the scheme was positively received by the Planning Officer – in contrast to the three previously refused proposals by other Architects.

We are loving Kube’s latest visual for our scheme in Kent. Our layout for seven substantial residences located on a beautiful sylvan site has been carefully designed to maintain and work with the existing mature trees.

A couple of weeks ago we celebrated the retirement of a very much loved and valued team member, Marcia, who has worked for David for over 24 years. We welcomed past colleagues, friends, and family to DJA to surprise Marcia after what she thought was a rather quick lunch out!

Another approval – this DJA design for an Art Deco style apartment block located in Bournemouth, for renowned developers Stonehaven Homes. Comprising 11 one and two bed apartments, this stylish design lifts the street scene with bold, crisp lines and subtle curved form.

Recently approved – stunning remodel and extension of an older style bungalow located in a rural green belt location Nr Wareham. Sympathetically designed with natural materials that work with the rural setting, we worked closely with DHCP to secure planning permission.

Our design for a pair of detached houses located in Swanage, recently gained planning approval. We worked closely with Pure Town Planning to secure planning permission for 2 detached family houses.

Currently on site - this stunning DJA design is enviably located on the Sandbanks spit with direct private access to the beach from the rear of the house. DJA undertook the design & planning and building regulation drawings for this project.
