Today is the last day of Legislative Session, which means it's my last day on the Senate Floor. It's been an incredible privilege to represent #SD37 the past four years. Thank you for electing me to serve you. I'm sad to leave, but feel so blessed to have served in this body.

Happy #LaborDay! Was honored to be able to celebrate this morning with ILWU Coast Longshore Division along with Carpenters and Teamsters. Labor built this country and organized labor built the middle class. Proud to be the consensus candidate of Labor and working people in the race for #CA47.

I'm sure the NRA and its acolytes will find something to blame for this school shooting-- mental health, video games, doors, or something else-- other than the mass proliferation and easy access to weapons of war that they've fostered in this country. Enough is enough.
