My video upscaler is supposed to resize the upscaled images down to the given size, it didn't. I created a 6 second video out of 202 images that were 5120 x 2816. This rendered a 6 second video at 660 meg I have 128 Gig of memory 'Windows: Your system is low on memory, close

I am a short bus person (a tard). I couldn't figure out why images weren't resizing. After the Vulkan resized I then load the image in PixelDatabase, and I did name the image resized, that should count for something right? I forgot to add this line: // resize the database
