Did you see what was #CaughtOnCamera at #BucklandAbbey? The ranger team's camera trap got a great photo of this male roe deer grazing in the woods. Roe deer coats change from a dull grey, brown in winter to a rusty red in summer, which you can see coming through in the picture.

This is #HeathBedstraw. It often spreads to form a loose mat amongst the grass on the drier parts of #Dartmoor. The white, four-petalled flowers are 2.5-4mm wide and grow in small clusters. The stems are smooth and square, and the leaves grow in whorls of 6 to 8.
