my whole lockdown mood:

i read somewhere recently that top minds listen to the same few songs/albums when they're working and it made my habit of listening to the same thing every day feel much more valid

my cat snored on my lap through an entire meeting this morning. what a life she has

every single day of 2021 so far has felt like the same day.

Yesterday, I found a reusable mask in the pocket of a coat I hadn't worn in a while. Got the same feeling you get when you find a forgotten $5 bill. We're at that point in the pandemic.

I was not prepared to start having gray hair at 23 😭

biked to a pet store today and my partner went in to get cat litter, came out five minutes later and said “they have a kitten in there you HAVE to go see” so anyway i definitely found the right person for me

did i take a pair of kitchen scissors (and a razor lol) and cut all my hair off in my bathroom tonight? yes. have i ever felt more badass in my life? nope.

one of these days i’m going to get a proper amount of sleep and then i will be unstoppable
