No, Netanyahu should not be welcomed into the U.S. Congress. On the contrary, his policies in Gaza and the West Bank and his refusal to support a two-state solution should be roundly condemned. As I stated last month, I will not be attending his address.

A very seminal work from Philine trying to understand how the 3D genome organisation with its relation to E-P contact can affect transcriptions.

An update of #StemCell #EmbryoModels of #gastrulation onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.10… emphasis on #gastruloid 'cause, as shown on Table, people can work w/them. Still early days, much to learn but same experiment gives same result in different labs. David Turner #InNumbersWeTrust

Our new work is out today! Long time in the oven, this has been a really fun and informative collaboration led by Dhanur Iyer in my lab and Heidar from Nicolas Rivron lab. We show that human embryonic cells have an inherent potential to regulate their developmental timing.

Very honored to be nominated by the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings alumni committee to join the @FallingWallsLab Science Summit in Berlin. Together, we discussed how to tackle global health problems with innovative ideas with round tables on policy. It was a truly inspiring event!

📢 Preprint! Does the environment of a father before conception influence offspring? Even more, how do paternal genetics & age interact with exposures to affect F1 outcome? We tested this systematically, with intriguing findings & some cautionary tales biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Have you ever wondered how your back formed? The human embryo makes a neural tube (future spinal cord) and somites (trunk muscle/bone) from ~d20. They’re formed at the same time and place, so we used human Trunk-like Structures (hTLS) to investigate their ‘co-development’… (1/7)
