New trauma calcium/MTP dosing study out by PharmD's in FL with a 2g CaCl upfront and 1g with every MTP round showing reduced rates of hypocalcemia w/in 24 hrs Interestingly high rates of hypercalcemia too, but better that than hypocalcemia at this point pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38578328/
