New mortgage math is brutal. Say you buy a $1m house with $200k down at a 7% rate ($800k mortgage). Over the first three years you pay $193k ($5,322/mo.) After those $193k of payments your $800k mortgage is now at $774.5k. You paid $166k in interest, $25.5k in principle.

1/2: LensCrafters you need to school your team at Yorktown Heights in #CX. Came by to collect glasses yesterday at 7:30pm, on your website and the mall it says you close at 9pm, but the whole mall and LC was closed. Came back today to collect and mentioned this to your team..

2:2 LensCrafters and they said "well we close at 7pm" I said "you guys need to update your Website and the malls advertised hours". He said "you can call our office". I replied "you can call them, you should care about CX, lead by example" next time I'm back to White Plains. 👏🏻

1/2: I'm really disturbed by UPS not caring about a drivers criminal activity. we had a driver intentionally make us sign for a package that didn't require a signature then take the package that did (2x iPhones from Verizon). He even fake scanned it - I have it on video.. >>>
