I've been reading Digital Minimalism by Cal Newport. So far enjoying it much more than Deep Work. So much that I've already taken X off of my phone. Now I schedule 30 minutes a day to browse and post on X from my computer.

I have a ticket to implement dark mode for the SaaS I'm building, but I'm only allowing myself to work on it if I'm completely fed up with everything else. I think dark mode is fun, but it shouldn't ever be your priority over shipping real features and getting users.
