Grateful for a couple of really positive VBRP training sessions with CTF NHSL and NHSL MedEd tutors: lots of honest, supportive conversations around our work in NHS Lanarkshire. Thankful also to my Staff Care NHS Lanarkshire colleague Lorraine Allan for wisdom and chocolate!
