This speaks to a misunderstanding of bitcoin. Bitcoin is not micro tx technology. That ship sailed. The biggest threat to bitcoin is not being able to figure out a decentralized, trust-less, private second layer. Spam is not the issue. Solve that and spam will sort itself out.
