FBI Norfolk announced today that new DNA evidence has solved one of the original Colonial Parkway murders. Investigators confirmed that Alan Wade Wilmer Sr. was the killer of Cathy (Cathleen) Thomas and Becky (Rebecca) Dowski in October 1986.
