The anti-separatists are going to use every imaginable excuse to slow us down. Crown land is simply a left-over term from 400 years ago. King Charles does not own Alberta.

Marty’s correct. Alberta’s land is mostly owned by the Alberta Government, individuals, or corporations. Only about 20% is federally owned, including National Parks, military bases, and First Nations reserves.

Well, my summer plans changed, our group of friends dropped traveling to eastern Canada and now we are going to Yellowstone area in July. Were also are not buying products produced from eastern Canada if we can for our businesses. Why reward stupidity?

Every Albertan needs to listen to Premier Smith does NOT say. She is NOT taking action to let us have an independence vote this year. She is NOT promising to end all federal taxes and regulation. She will NOT let us negotiate with Canada AFTER an independence vote THIS YEAR.

Ryan, respectfully, your post is misleading. The process setout by the Supreme Court of Canada in the 1998 Quebec Succession Reference case directly addresses protecting First Nations' rights as does the resulting Clarity Act. Nothing that the Premier has announced in any way

I'm still waiting for one account to post all the great things about Canada that would make Albertans want to stay, instead of post after post after post of threats, insults, and silly 'but treaties!' non-sequitors. Gotta say, not very convincing. #abpoli

🔥 THREAD: Parks Canada knew Jasper was a fire hazard—and did NOTHING. Then they blamed "climate change." Here's the truth the government won't tell you. 🧵 (Another explosive story broken AGAIN by Blacklock's Reporter / Blacklock’s Reporter)

Remember when FN chiefs complained about Alberta wanting to leave Canada while being a complete cesspool on Canada? Anyone else tired of funding this?

THE CANADIAN CANOLA INDUSTRY is TWICE the size of the Canadian Auto Industry ($43.7 billion v $19 billion) Why does NO ONE CARE about Alberta and Sask? Where is TEAM CANADA? and why does DOUG FORD get a monopoly on moralistic, flag wearing, outrage?

Alberta sends Ottawa an extra $30B+ annually, only to see it squandered—not even used to tackle the massive deficit, curb inflation, or ease the burden on future generations. Alberta and central Canada view the world differently. It's time for Alberta's independence.

Got this awesome map of all the Canadian prairie elevators and their capacity (in thousands of bushels) from 1923. What’s crazy is the top left corner has the prices and acres of the previous 15 years and in 1919 wheat was $2.51/bushel, with inflation that would be $42.51/bushel
