I found an interesting balance of data and opinions in the studies I read. The episode’s going to have some skepticism from some academics, but on the flipside it will have promising takes from others as well. You’ll have to listen to hear how it all pans out.

This podcast turned out pretty good I think. Gentrification can be a difficult topic, but I think by addressing the system that causes it instead of our neighbors, together we can all get along better and make progress towards better solutions.
