5 yrs ago today I broke my back at disneyland lol. I couldn't walk or do everyday activities & was bedridden & depresso now I'm walking 2hrs a day, 40lbs down, & happy! changing my mindset to be positive was the catalyst to this long health journey also it's my birfday!
