Time for Barry Manilow to do the right thing by Love Pop Choir and the Leeds Children's Transplant Team. Very poor show sending them home without even a thought for what they had given to your show. Donating to the charity is the very least you can do. Not cool Barry.

Why are Royal Mail removing info from their tracking service Online customer service ? Proof that my parcel from the US had arrived & was in transit with you in the UK appeared then disappeared once I contacted you. USPS are still showing full details up to it leaving London though.

Royal Mail's tracking system is broken. Just checked all parcels I've posted and none are accurate. Places & dates completely random. Has someone thrown a bug in the system until RM start treating staff fairly? Blaming the company not the workers for all the mess. Online customer service
