Opinions needed. Do you feel that for a winter cabin a fireplace (of some sort) is a must? Considerations: There will already be heated floors and an outdoor hot tub or sauna. Plus outdoor fire pits.

It’s demolition time! These well-loved cabins are coming down this week. Still lots to do before construction: winterizing pipes, finalizing materials and fixtures, and much much more

Our project is delayed but coming under budget (so far!). Also pool is out as soil erosion was an unexpected issue so we’ve pivoted to individual built-in hot tubs on each deck that can be enjoyed year round. #pec #miniresort
