County Rooms has been refurbishing Mistletwo. This is the new Garden Room now available.

County Rooms has a room in Rubus coming up shortly. Rubus is a 5 bedroomed property in the lovely village of Send. It benefits from a beautiful south facing garden and this room has direct access to the deck.

County Rooms has been making the most of the glorious weather to tidy up the fronts of Mistletoe and Mistletwo getting the topiaries trimmed and the driveways jet washed. It was inspection week by the building inspector at Mistletwo so wanted to put our best foot forward!

Our new back door arrives tomororow to finish the renovation works on Mistletwo. For 3 months we have been waiting for the factory to reopen and make it. This is the last piece of the puzzle of building through lockdown before we can finally sign off. Hooray! #countyrooms

Let there be light! After months of delays the living room at Mistletwo has a glazed door with trickle vent. This means we now have official sign-off of the project. The re-decorating is in progress and will be completed very shortly. #countyrooms

Each County Rooms house has a well designed garden maintained by our gardener. We also have several keen tenant gardeners who have been growing produce throughout lockdown. It was lovely to see our tenants sharing their harvest with our neighbours. #countyrooms

We currently have a beautiful back bedroom available in Send. It is a good sized room looking out into the mature garden. Rubus is a friendly shared house with a total of 5 housemates. All the bills are paid and there is super fast broadband throughout the property. #countyrooms

Tomorrow we take delivery of our first shower walls. The tiling has failed in a shower and shower walls are quick to fit, so the shower is only out of action for a short time. By the end of next week we should have a fully refurbished bathroom and very happy tenants! #countyrooms
