My talk for tomorrow's workshop on intelligence in the universe is almost finished!

Been asked to review a paper for a (legit) journal. Told that I should not if I have a conflict of interest with the authors. But blinding system means I can't see who the authors are until I accept. And then I might have to reject. They assume I want to give my time to this?
