Looking at Canadian summer ball scores from Ontario and it’s no shocker that 6 Nations and Peterborough top the standings, but a lot of the games are pretty close score wise, and that is a little surprising given the big name talent on those rosters.

You know what I miss? Reebok Lacrosse.

Can you imagine a 6K or 9K head made with modern plastic in the raw color? Oh my word I’d be so psyched. Someone do this, please.

Ok, who can 3D print me a Reebok 9K head? Or who has one in good shape they are willing to part with?

There are likely other factors at play but seeing winning PLL teams bench guys who helped get them Ws and losing teams sticking with guys who aren’t producing is always a head scratcher. Let’s see how it all plays out!

Should the PLL allow players to actually drop the gloves and buckets and have real fights?

Didn’t they already release an Evo5? Am I crazy for thinking that? No, because I have one and the ball stop says Evo5. But whatever, this looks almost exactly like an Evo4 with some small tweaks, which is smart, because that head was awesome.

Missing Jay Jalbert with a score on 23.75, tied for #8. Also Casey Powell has over 20 points, not on the list. Each of them was named MLL MVP so these are truly glaring omissions. Are there any others?

It seems counterintuitive, but as lacrosse has grown by leaps & bounds geographically, participation rates have actually declined by as much as 18% since 2013. Of all the youth sports tracked by SFIA, lacrosse saw largest decrease. I truly hope our sport is able to fix this.
