Every year as a baseball team, we participate in a service project to help the Grand Rapids community. This past week we partnered with Hand2Hand to help pack over 2000 meals for kids in our local schools 🙏🏼

We might need to reevaluate throwing 0-2 “waste” or “set up” pitches. Nearly every amateur pitcher throws one “aw crap” pitch per AB. Start aiming for the middle of the zone (you probably won’t hit it). One pro team reported 88% of center cut pitches went in their favor!
