In honor of Older Americans Month, we’re spotlighting Greenway Meadows—our LEED Platinum senior community in Santa Monica with 39 one-bedroom homes and services that support connection, independence, and community.

Our Resident Services team also participated in the Arts and Literacy Festival, leading a fun, hands-on activity where families created their own dinosaur snow globes. The craft encouraged creativity and learning through play, drawing in many excited young participants.

Thank you to the City of Santa Monica City Council for approving funding to rehabilitate our 2033 Virginia Ave. property, preserving 40 rent-controlled homes. We're excited to move forward! Our on-site urban farm will continue to provide fresh organic produce to the community.
