I almost fell over when I saw Pamela Paul’s op-ed piece, ‘Taking the City for a Ride,’ supporting ‘Broken Windows’ policing to deal with fare evasion and disorder on New York’s subways and busses. Believe it or not, it was in the New York Times. Amazing! nytimes.com/2024/09/05/opi…
