A sensible ruling considering the potential consequences of spending w/o legislative approval. $10 Billion taxpayer dollars available as a result of many issues: historical processes grown out of control, ghost job slush funding, & lacklack of constitutional oversight.

This is what happens when the private sector is unleashed & the govt is reduced! We accomplished a bit of that in Michigan with the elimination of almost 2k state govt ghost jobs for 2026. Dem policies work to grow govt and inhibit where meaningful jobs are created.
