We don't think this is very safe Tower Hamlets Council. However we understand this scaffold has been safety-checked on a weekly basis and left as it is for months, so perhaps you think it's just fine? What do you think Health and Safety Executive ?

It's been raining scolding hot water from the communal heating system inside Cuff Point for 4 weeks now Tower Hamlets Council. The fire brigade has been called several times but you, the freeholder deemed it a non-urgent repair. Senior officers need to take control of this now.

No. That has been done several times already with a very disappointing response. As we said, someone senior in the repairs team need to take ownership of this issue now which is why we are bringing this to your attention on X so that YOU can escalate.

For at least six weeks this fire risk of a dump has been piling up at Cuff Point. The caretakers have reported it 5 times. Residents have also reported it. Bringing waste services in-house was supposed to improve things instead it's just got worse. Why is this being ignored?
