I LOVE flying Delta but today, it took me over 30 minutes to make a simple flight change. I didn’t wait long for an agent, but she had to put me on hold at least 7 times during the call. Don’t get me wrong, she was really nice, but it shouldn’t take that long to make a change.

After waiting over an hour for Domino's Pizza to deliver the pizza we ordered, it's not even remotely warm. We also tried to call repeatedly & no answer. Usually, they're great, but I'm totally disappointed in their service & quality tonight.
