Dads: I’d do anything for my family! Me: How bout we start by losing some of that extra weight and get healthy? Dads: Well…(enter excuse here). Me: How bout we stop making excuses and just DO WHAT YOU SAID YOU’D DO?!?!?

Imagine a leaner, stronger, healthier, sexier version of you. What does that person do day-to-day? Start doing THOSE things daily for the next 90 days and you’ll be amazed at how your life and body changes.

Dear Christian Men. Quick reminder. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead DWELLS IN YOU! So, please, tell me again why you think you aren’t equipped what the Lord has called you to do?!?!?

Far too many believe the lie that extraordinary results come from doing extraordinary things. Wrong. Extraordinary results come from doing boring basic things with extraordinary consistency.

Mens marriages & families would look far different if they spent half as much time & effort investing into those things as they do hunting and their fantasy football leagues. If that stung, it probably means you need to change something.

When a man of God is built up and becomes a better man, it blesses his wife and children. Period.

Dear married men, You don’t have “marriage issues”. You have individual issues that you drag into your marriage. If you wanna fix your marriage, fix you.

Parents… There’s a MASSIVE difference between “raising your children in the church” and “discipling your kids”. Know the difference.

Friendships are built on convenience. Brotherhood is built on sacrifice.

Stop expecting a harvest from soil you never prepared, seeds you never planted, and land you never cultivated. This goes for your spiritual health, physical health, marriage, family, and finances. Do the work.

If you follow Jesus, repeat after me. “I change the environment of every room I walk into because the Holy Spirit is powerfully at work in and through me.”

Dear Husbands… Your bad day doesn’t need to turn into your families bad night. Get your head and heart right BEFORE walking into your home after work.

Men need to stop “trying to become” a better (insert role here)… Decide you ALREADY ARE a great man, husband, father, and follower of Jesus and then simply act like the man you already are. This is living FROM IDENTITY NOT FOR IT.

DADS… Stop over complicating fat loss. 1. Calorie deficit 2. Progressive overload strength training 3-5x/week. 3. 10k steps a day That’s it. Now… go be less fat.
