The best shooters that I work with shoot around 40% from 3 during the season. But when they are stationary shooting they consistently make between 80-85 out of 100. It’s great to get up a ton of stationary reps, but your % will never be elite unless you can shoot on the move.

When we prioritize physical characteristics such as athleticism, wingspan, height & body type, but don’t see the intangibles such as love of the game, competitiveness, motor, IQ & ability to adapt, we’re shortchanging athletes. The intangibles often outweigh any physical traits!
