A coach must possess mental toughness. A coach must be ready to practice every day. The players realize when a coach is not prepared. The top coaches at every level are the ones that are mentally prepared every day.

Winning & losing doesn't define you as a person. Work ethic, attitude & character does. How you treat others does. Doing what you know is right does. Giving your best effort does. Loving your fellow man does. Stay strong!

Little things make the difference. Everyone is well prepared in the big things, but only the winners perfect the little things.
