Single leg squat is legit training the exact behavior for ACL tear. This is NOT moving well. This is chasing strength and sacrificing movement behaviors. Sorry to be that guy but feel bad for the athlete .

Synchronized movement > 500 Lb Squat Synchronized Movement > 225 lb Clean While you are chasing gains for the squat and the clean you are wrecking synchronized movement and thus inhibiting “sport performance”.
