As in the case of Byanyima Winnie v Ngoma Ngime,a re-count conducted where ballot boxes have been tampered with is a mere loss of common sense since evidence has been tampered with. Am certain Judiciary Uganda will & clean this mess.

The same Chief Magistrate did stop a re-count against Kiruluuta Yusuf Jr. Nkeretanyi & Hon. Sewungu when boxes were tampered with,we can’t fault him 4 not knowing the position of the law-but only ask ourselves his personal interests in Nameere’s case.

Any legal dispute is solved within the courts of law,it explains the option of revision or appeal-no lawyer would table mob justice as an option to courts of law.
