These growth levels are unacceptable for a country with South Africa's resources, talent, entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic. So much potential yet poor leadership, policies and corruption continue to keep SA as perennial economic underperformers.

IMO this is an accountability issue...not a skin colour issue. Real change will only come when you instil a system of accountability. Hold leaders to account and if they not delivering, replace them. Simple.

Presidential pardons should only be applicable for existing confirmed cases and it should be limited in numbers. Being allowed to issue unlimited blanket preemptive pardons will only incentivise future corruption and or other criminal behaviour.
