Wealth, fame and power are things we are taught to seek from a young age, often at the expense of others and even ourselves. This week we continue with The Safari, Engage 3, the Senior Pastor will take us through Lesson 4.
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened. Matthew 7:7-8
Colossians 3:18-20
Wives, submit yourselves to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
Husbands, love your wives and do not be harsh with them. Children, obey your parents in everything, for this pleases the Lord.
James 1:27
Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
1 Timothy 4:12-13
Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.
Ephesians 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
