DOE announced that PEA and Philadelphia Green Capital Corp received the Weatherization Enhancement and Innovation grant. PEA will use the Built to Last program with ECA (Energy Coordinating Agency) and @NewEcologyInc to get to deep energy savings via whole-home retrofits in Philadelphia homes.
